What a show this past Sunday at the Casa Del Mexicano. Despite the heat, we had a great crowd on hand for LCW’s “Out Of Control” that was loud and vocal the whole night long. This show truly lived up to it’s title and it all started with our opening match as the Brothers Darevko continued their winning streak here in LCW as they took on Dragon Mask and his partner for the night, Lestat. The Brothers Darevko once again proved to be the stronger and better team against their masked opponents. At one point it looked like Lestat and Dragon Mask might have had an opportunity to win the match until a mishap between them cost them the victory. The Brothers Darevko took advantage quickly from the miscue and was able to score the win as Sasha used his knees to crush Dragon Mask chest just as Alexis hit Dragon with a vicious lariat to knock out Dragon Mask to get the pin. When Dragon Mask finally came to, he immediately blamed Lestat for loosing the match for their team. Lestat tried to calm his partner down but before he could, Dragon Mask laid out Lestat and started to lay some vicious boots into him. This was just the start of the complete out of control atmosphere that happened through out the night.
Our next three matches that took place that night all involved a feud that has been brewing here in LCW for months now. It was unique concept, it was three single matches between the Soulless Assassins taking on Thunderwolf and the Silver Heart Radicalz. The participants that won two out of the three matches, won the match for their team. The first match to take place that night was Thunderwolf taking on Labyrinth in a “Leather Strap Lumber Jack Match“. Both competitors did everything to stay in the ring since the rest of the Assassins and the Radicalz were waiting outside with leather straps in their hands. The first wrestler that ended up feeling the leather strap slapped against his flesh was Labyrinth who screamed in pain. He immediately rushed to his partners that were willing to fend of the whipping by the Radicalz. Fortunately for him, he had on a full body suit to some what protect him from the bare leather strap. This unfortunately wasn’t the case for Thunderwolf who went out there in just a loin cloth. When Thunderwolf was thrown to the outside the Assassins immediately laid into him with the straps. When he finally made it back into the ring you could see the welts forming through out his back, chest and ribs. This match went back and forth as both wrestlers felt the sting of the straps on a few occasions. Eventually Thunderwolf was able to score the victory on Labyrinth by spiking his head into the mat for the win.
The team of Thunderwolf and the Radicalz had the first win, all they need now was one more and they would win the match for their team. This task laid in the hands of Lucha Machine as he took on Blood Eagle in a “Knock The F#$% Out Match” The first person to knock out their opponent for a ten count would be declared the winner. For those of you that have never been to our show might not know that we have a variety of weapons on hand that we use on our stage for decorations. On many occasions the wrestlers have used our decorations as weapons in their matches (not that we mind since it gets the crowd excited) and in this match Lucha Machine and Blood Eagle used everything they can get their hands on to knock the other one out. This was a very intense match that had the crowd counting along with the ref after each and every time a concussion like maneuver was done. The end came when Blood Eagle set up a row of chairs and hoisted Lucha Machine up to deliver a pile driver to knock him out for the ten count and even the score.
It was now time for Ray Rosas and Orion to finally hit the ring as their match would be the final match to decided to winner for their team. This match was a “No Rope Break Submission Match” and since all they had to do to win was make their opponent submit, this match went all over the Casa. Both men clamped on submission holds in and out of the ring but neither men would submit. In fact at one point the Assassins used a double team submission hold to make Ray quit, but he once again refused. (Thunderwolf helped security take Lucha Machine to the back to revive him, this left Ray to defend multiple attacks by the rest of the Assassins) The match ended up going on the stage were a bundle of barbed wire was used in combination with a Boston crab to try to make Orion quit, but once again he refused. It was until Ray DDT Orion on the stage causing him to get a massive laceration on his forehead that Orion decided to finally submit. (although Orion went on to tell us later on that night that he never submitted, it was the ref that stopped the match due to the massive bleeding) Ray had won the deciding victory for his team. Just as the ref raised Ray’s hand in victory the rest of the Assassins tried to attack him. Ray was able to fend them off and knock them to the outside he then hit them with a beautiful tope con hilo. When Ray got back into the ring a returning Steve Pain was there to meet him. (Steve had been suspended by LCW about six months ago) Steve tried to nail Ray with a clothesline but Ray ducked it and hit Steve with a super kick. Steve was pissed and got on the mic and told the crowd that he was there to return as the leader of the Soulless Assassins. Blood Eagle took offense to this and told Steve he was no longer welcomed since he was now the new leader of the Assassins. This wouldn’t be the end of this, after the show a vicious attack was perpetrated by the Assassins on the Radicalz that was caught on tape. (It will be shown in the next few weeks)
Out next was supposed to be the one on one match between Tito Escondido taking on Rico Dynamite. Tito came out with Robbie Phoenix and Damian Arsenic to support him. Damian announced to the crowd that the master mind behind the Elite, GQ Money was on a business trip in New York city on Saturday and got struck there because of Hurricane Irene. Damian told the crowd that although GQ wouldn’t be on hand, Tito wouldn’t need him since he could handle Rico Dynamite on his own. Rico came out with his fellow teammate Kaos and his valet Jezebel to a thunderous ovation. Rico told Tito he was going to make him pay for the beat down that took place at play time is over. The ref ordered everyone not involved in the match back to the locker room. This match didn’t go long till Order 66 decided to hit the ring and attack Rico Dynamite. All three men attacked Rico like a pack of wolves taking apart their prey. Before any major damage could be done Kaos and Famous B made their way to the ring with steel chairs in hand, and scared off the Elite. Security and the ref tried to restore order as Munchichi came into the ring to announce that LCW officials had decided that since everyone involved wanted revenge on each other, then why not make it happen later on that night in a 6 man tag team action. It would now be the Elite taking on Rico and Kaos and the mystery opponent Kaos had chosen for his match.
After order was restored, we were now on to the match that would hopefully be a fair contest between both teams. It was Los Luchas taking on the team of Famous B and Willie Mack. This match was awesome from bell to bell to bell (no that’s not a extra “bell” add in, you will understand in a bit) This match had both teams doing everything they could to get the win, and I mean everything. It was hard to keep up with all the action as it was fast paced the whole way through. All four men flew in and out of the ring to the delight of the crowd. At one point Los Luchas used a double team move on Willie Mack and then pinned him for the 1...2..3. Here is where it got confusing. Everyone including the LCW officials in the back that were watching the monitors saw Willie Mack clearly kick out before the ref counted to 3. The crowd started to chant bullshit as Willie and Famous B protested the decision. Los Luchas got on the mic and asked the crowd if Willie truly kicked out in time, which the crowd respond with a Yes. The crowd started to chant 5 more minutes, but the ref refused to restart the match. LCW officials wanted at least one match to end with out controversy that night, so they told Munchichi to tell the ref to restart the match. The crowd cheered the decision. The match restated and all four men once again did everything they could to get the victory. It was until Los Luchas hit a double Swanton/ Moonsault on Willie Mack that the match finally ended. Your winners.. Los Luchas.
Security had to help Willie Mack out of the ring and to the back because he had hurt his knee in the match. As Famous B was thanking the crowd for asking for a second chance to restart the match, the Elite made their way to the ring and attacked Famous B. they immediately went after Famous B’s leg, particularly his knee. It was a few minutes until Taste Of Perfection saw what was happening on the monitors and hit the ring to help their fallen brother. The damage had already been done. Security carried Famous B to the locker room as Damien Arsenic grabbed the mic and told Taste Of Perfection that they just took out their mystery partner and now they would be one man short for the match. Kaos then told the Elite that although Famous B will always be part of the Taste Of Perfection, that night he wasn’t the mystery partner they had in mind. Over the speakers “Barbie Girl” started to play, Kaos went on to tell the Elite that tonight their partner would be Angel el exotico. The crowd loved Taste of Perfections decision on their partner, but the Elite did not. When Angel got into the ring to join his teammates the Elite sneak attacked them trying to get the early advantage. But Taste of Perfection and Angel were ready for them and ended up triple head butting the Elite out to the floor. For the first couple of minutes Taste of Perfection and Angel had the advantage. It wasn’t until Tito used his strength to slam Angel with a vicious spine buster that the odds were now in the Elites favor. They immediately did everything in the power to keep Angel from tagging in his partners. The beating went on for several minutes until Angel finally tagged in Rico. Rico started to clean house in the ring and at one point the was about to pin Robbie when Damian Arsenic pulled out the referee and punched him in the face, knocking out the official. Tito came in and try to attack Rico but after several exchanges of moves, Rico was finally able to hit Tito with a ace crusher. Rico pinned him just as another ref slid into to the ring to count the 1..2..3. Rico had finally made Tito Escondido loose to a pin fall in his LCW career; or so we thought. As the first referee was getting back to his senses he called over Munchichi and told him that he was disqualifying the Elite for hitting an official. Tito immediately took the mic away and said since his team lost via a DQ, then he officially has yet to be pinned or submitted in LCW. Rico was pissed and so was Kaos because Robbie Phoenix took the mic from Tito and told the crowd they still had only loss to Taste Of Perfection by technicality therefore they were still the better team. Rico immediately asked for a rematch against Tito but this time he wanted it with no interference from anyone. He wants to prove that he can kick Tito’s ass in a fare fight. We will have to wait and see what happens.
When everyone cleared the ring, the music of BC Killer hit. Out came Bobby Hollywood along with the BC Killer to find out if LCW had a deathmatch for him. (in the middle of the show Bobby and BC had demanded an opponent for BC to face him in a deathmatch later on that night. If LCW didn’t get him an opponent, then BC would find someone on his own) Bobby got on the mic and asked LCW if they had found an opponent for BC. Angel and Amanda were making there way back to the locker room when Bobby spotted them. Bobby called out Angel saying that he was once one of the most extreme wrestlers on the west coast. Bobby demanded that Angel accept the challenge and prove how hardcore he use to be. Angle wanted no part of the match since he was still felling the effects of the beat down by the Elite. Bobby Hollywood didn’t want to here no for an answer and started to mock Angel. Amanda took offense to it an started to tell off Bobby Hollywood. Bobby then started to make fun of Amanda and calling her out to Face BC that night. Amanda accepted the challenge but Angel made sure if she did, then him and Bobby would have to head to the locker room so that the match would be a fair fight. The deathmatch was on, it was now going to be the BC Killer taking on Amanda. This was a brutal match. BC Killer held nothing back as he hit and bashed the Vampire Vixen with everything that was available. Amanda did her fare share of kick ass also. The crowd was totally in the corner of Amanda, in fact at one point while BC Killer was hitting Amanda with some vicious forearms an elderly lady tried to get in the ring. Security stopped her so she grabbed a bottle of water and started to throw it at the BC Killer. This pissed him off even more which meant he caused more pain to Amanda. The massacre finally ended when BC Killer hit Amanda with an emerald fusion on a stack of light tubes to get the win. Bobby immediately went on stage to celebrate with the Killer but just as he was doing so Remy St. Clair grabbed him by the throat and carried him back stage. BC Killer never saw what happened. Who knows where this is going to lead.
That’s all the results fans. Be sure to be there on Sunday September 25th as Legion Championship Wrestling brings to you it’s 1 year anniversary show. More details coming soon.
