3...2...1 IGNITION. On Sunday night June 26th at the Casa Del Mexicano Legion Championship Wrestling (LCW) will be joining forces with Death Match Tournament (DMT) to bring you one of the biggest shows to date for all LCW fans. In one night bare witness to five, first round death matches pitting East Coast wrestlers against West Coast wrestlers. Some off the biggest names in the death match scene will be making there way down to East LA that night. Names like Balls Mahoney, Necro Butcher, Mad Man Pondo, Corporal Robinson and many more. So how did DMT decide to join the Legion to bring you fans such a show? It all started when the original DMT show was to take place on April 2nd in Trenton NJ. This show was turning out to be one of the most talked about deathmatch shows this year. Unfortunately all that talk found its way to governor of New Jersey’s office and a letter was sent out from not only the governor but also the State Attorney General to the officials of DMT that they didn’t want this type of show in the state of New Jersey. (although just recently they were able to secure a new date for July 30th in Morganville, NJ) Instead of cancelling the show, DMT tried to find a place where this sort of violence is not only accepted, but encouraged. Fortunately for DMT one of the matches that was booked that night was Carnage taking on Youth Suicide. When DMT told Carnage about the situation that was taking place, Carnage told DMT that he had the perfect place for the show to go on. Carnage told the officials that he knew of a new company that was making a name for themselves in East LA, CA. This company was taking Extreme wrestling to a whole new level. The company that he was talking about was LCW. When DMT contacted LCW and told them of the idea that they had, the officials of LCW immediately knew that this was something they wanted to be apart of. LCW knew that it would be good for them, it would be good for DMT, and most importantly it would be good for any fan that loves death match wrestling. When they also found out that it would also air live on iPPV they immediately sealed the deal. So on Sunday June 26th at the Casa Del Mexicano Legion Championship Wrestling and Death Match Tournament will bring you “IGNITION.” Stay tuned for more details including non deathmatch matches that will take place that night. Although “IGNTION” will be predominantly deathmatches, there will be quite a few other matches that don’t rely on the blood and violence to entertain the fans that show up on Sunday June 26. In fact, one of the matches that will happen that night will have two athletes going at it in a submission match. No pin falls, no count outs, and no disqualification, the only way to win is to make your opponent tap out. One of the wrestlers in that match will be representing the East Coast, and his name is Josh Daniels.

* We want to apologize for the confusion of this next promo. It was shot a few months ago when Shima Xion was originally announced in the Extreme TLC match. Unfortunately Shima can’t make this show and Javi Air will be taking his place.
